Lance Hedrick Dark Roast
This recipe shines with dark roasts, older coffee, or decaf, softening roastiness while bringing out acidity. It works with the Prismo, Flow Control, or a standard paper filter.

Steps
| If using a paper filter, place in the filter cap and wet. | |||
| Add 30 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. | |||
| Pour 120 g of hot water over the grounds. |

| Push the plunger down slightly to remove the air gap at the top, then let sit. |
