This recipe was designed to highlight the juicy and bright qualities of coffee, and works especially well with a more expressive bean, such as a Kenyan or Ethiopian.

Steps
Add 13 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. | |||
Pour 50 g of hot water using a fast, circular motion to saturate all the grounds. |

Give it a stir. Insert the plunger at the top of the brew chamber and lift up slightly to create a seal. Let steep. | |||
Remove the plunger and add an additional 150 g of hot water. It should be a relatively quick pour. |

Reinsert the plunger and let sit. | |||
Slowly press into the cup. Stop when you hear a hissing sound. |
