Steps
Place a paper filter in the cap and rinse with hot water. | |||
Add 18.5 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. | |||
Pour 80 g of hot water over the grounds. |

Give it a stir. Insert the plunger at the top of the brew chamber and lift up slightly to create a seal. Let steep. | |||
Pour an additional 135 g of 92ºC water. | |||
Stir once. | |||
Slowly press into the cup. |
