Steps

Place a paper filter in the cap and rinse with hot water.

Add 18.5 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

Pour 80 g of hot water over the grounds.

Give it a stir. Insert the plunger at the top of the brew chamber and lift up slightly to create a seal. Let steep.

Pour an additional 135 g of 92ºC water.

Stir once.
